WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package arrives in your country. Any additional customs clearance fees must be paid by you; we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. If you are unsure and would like to discuss this with us, please contact us for more information.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking is quick and easy. You will have received a tracking number along with the shipping confirmation of your order. Simply copy the "tracking number" on the order tracking page to get a delivery update.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT IS INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We apologize and want to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping voucher and a return authorization form to send the unwanted item(s) back to us. A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
If this happens, we will notify you immediately. Your order was most likely canceled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly out of stock. We promise you that these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order becomes unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, those items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable items will be removed from your order.
I WANT A REFUND - CAN I GET ONE?
In the belief that a happy customer is a customer who does not wait, we ship within 24 hours. Therefore, it is not possible to get a refund more than 24 hours after placing your order.
You will receive a full refund in the following cases:
The wrong item was received in terms of model (proof is required).
The package arrived in damaged condition (proof is required).
The item arrived in very poor quality (proof required).
The order has disappeared.
3 days warranty from the date of receipt of the package for damaged/defective items for possible replacement (video or photo required); any contact made after this period is considered invalid.
If you have made a mistake in the quantity of your items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
